♥ All DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON_REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTION!! I run a small business and expect my customers to complete all initiated transactions.
♥ ORDER CANCELLATION REQUEST. After an order has been placed, cancellations will not be honored! Please do not place an order then pay via website or Paypal as fees will be assessed that can not be reversed, Therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! I do not process refunds for buyers remorse. You will lose money!!
♥ RETURNS and EXCHANGES. I do not accept exchanges or returns for dolls for any reason!! You are able to resell the doll since you may not be satisfied with my painting style or you have not had a deep connection with the doll. THIS IS ART!!
♦SHIPPING, TRACKING and INSURANCE. Your doll will always ship with full coverage of insurance for the value paid via, UPS or USPS. A signature will always be required for tracking your own package. If your doll arrives to you damaged or package is lost or stolen you must take up a claim with the parcel carrier to reimburse you for the cost paid and not with me the artist of Ms. Meme's Reborns. I do not track down packages and I do not initate claimes. The customer must take action to file the claim!!
♦DOLL HOLDS: All dolls are sold on a first come, first serve basis. NO EXCEPTIONS!
♦Transfer of Sale on Custom order; If for some reason you are not able to complete your payment plans and request to transfer the remaining balance to another person(friend or family member) of your choosing. Please send me an email to : msmemesrebornbabydolls@gmail.com and must include the following information:
1. Your Full Name )First and Last) Shipping address
2. Your email address
3. Your Paypal address ( Only if paid previously via Paypal)
4. Date Initial payment plan started
5. Name of Kit/Doll on Custom order or layaway
6.List the Deposit Amount paid
7.List Any Additional payments made to date (Do not include the deposit)
8. Full Name (First and Last) of the New Customer who will take over the sale.
9. Full SHipping address of the New Customer's address
10. Email address of the New Customer.
The New Customer will need to acknowledge in an email response that they wish to take over the payments for the doll. The new customer must acknowledge they have reviewed and agreed to my terms and conditions on my website. Once the request and acknowlegdement has been received an approved by me, I will email both customers to request proof of payment from New Customer to Previous Customer showing deposit as well as any additional payments submitted before sale of transfer is complete. Once the Proof is verified , only then the New Customer should expect the transfer of sales tax amount and if they reside in a different state or region with updated shipping fees according to new location of the new customers address.
